Officer Brian M. DiBucci of the Everett Police Department was killed July 15, 1999, after falling about 100 feet from a highway overpass while acting as back up to other officers taking a suspect into custody for vehicle theft. He had been in law enforcement four years, one and a half with the Everett Police Department. He is survived by his fiancee.
